Steven Mobley passed from this life at age 64 on May 12, 2020 at the Indiana Masonic Home in Franklin, Indiana. He spent several years there in health care.
Steven was the son of Ralph E. “Gene” and Dorothy Mobley of Columbus, Indiana and brother to David Mobley of Omaha, Nebraska.
Steven was a graduate of Columbus North High School and President of the last Senior Class prior to Columbus East High School. Steven received his BA Degree from Centre College in Danville, Kentucky and MA Degree from the University of Louisville, KY. Steven worked with Ronald Reagan in his Presidential Election and with Mitch McConnell in his U.S. Senate Election. He spent several years in Washinton, D.C. and was last employed as Executive Director of the Jennings County Community Foundation. Steven requested no funeral services. Cremation arrangements entrusted to Indiana Funeral Care, Greenwood Chapel. Memorial contributions may be given to the Indiana Masonic Home.
