Buford and Alene Burton celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary.
Mr. Burton and the former Alene Burton was married on July 30, 1960 at Edinburgh Separate Baptist Church in Edinburgh by the Rev. Russell Petterson.
Mr. Burton is retired from Atterbury Job Corps.
Mrs. Burton is retired and does some home health care.
The couple have two children, Brian (Becky) Burton and Leann (Norbert) Rehm, and six grandchildren.
