Cheese sauce in the warmer was measured at 123 degrees Fahrenheit. 3) Food contact surfaces of equipment and utensils must be kept clean to the sight and touch. The top of the interior of the ice machine was soiled with a mold-like substance. Ice machine is to be emptied and cleaned. 4) Handwashing sink must be kept easily accessible at all times. The handwashing sink in the food preparation area was blocked by stacked buckets.
