The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Columbus/Edinburgh has received the InterContinental Hotels Group 2019 Torchbearer Award.
The award is based solely on guest feedback, and the hotel must be at an elite level in overall guest satisfaction with an overall service score higher than 90.
Of the 2,339 Holiday Inn Express properties in the U.S., only 121 qualified for the award.
Because the annual conference where the award would be presented was canceled due to the pandemic, the InterContinental Hotels Group is making a donation to Feeding America on behalf of the honorees.
