Hailey Risacher, 16, received first runner-up for the Jr. Teen Division at the National American Miss Pageant for Indiana and will be competing at the national competition in Orlando, Florida during Thanksgiving week — as Miss Bartholomew County — for a chance to take home the All-American Miss title.
Risacher is asking the community to vote for her for the People’s Choice Award. Contestants in each age division’s pageant finale with the most votes win a guaranteed spot in the top 12. Votes are $1 each with no limit on the number of votes. Vote proceeds support Teach for America, a nonprofit organization.
