Fried dumplings in the buffet line were measured at 120 degrees Fahrenheit. Chicken wings in the buffet line were measured at 123 degrees Fahrenheit. Pepper steak on the buffet line was measured at 113 degrees Fahrenheit. 2) Food contact surfaces of equipment and utensils must be kept clean to the sight and touch. The can opener blade was soiled with an accumulation of dried on food particles. 3) Dishes and utensils must be sanitized immediately after being washed and rinsed. The dish washing machine was not dispensing sanitizing agent. The sanitizer container was empty. A new container of sanitizing agent installed. 4) working containers used for storing poisonous or toxic materials, such as cleaners and sanitizers, must be labeled with the common name of their contents. Spray bottles of cleaning agents were not labeled.
