The dishwashing machine was not dispensing a proper concentration of sanitizing agent. Container of sanitizing agent was empty. New container of sanitizer installed. Concentration of sanitizing agent now satisfactory.

Chicken chapu in the warming unit was measured at 123 degrees Fahrenheit, vegetable mirchi bhaji in the warming unit was measured at 130 degrees Fahrenheit. 2) There were many fruit flies swarming on the produce area. Professional pest control must be sought immediately and copies of receipts for treatment provided to this department by Oct. 17.

Food products in the under counter reach-in coolers and in the walk-in cooler were not date labeled. 2) An air gap must be maintained between the water supply inlet and the flood rim of the plumbing fixture. A hose attached to the mop sink has its nozzle stored inside the mop sink.
