PLAYA DEL CARMEN, Mexico — Tyler Duncan fired a 4-under-par 67 in Friday’s second round and was tied for 18th place when play was suspended because of darkness at the Mayakoba Golf Classic.
Duncan, a 2008 Columbus North graduate, shot 4-under 32 on the front nine and even-par 35 on the back at El Camaleon Golf Club. He had opened with a 1-under 70 on Friday.
Emiliano Grillo leads the field at 12-under with one hole left to play in his second round. Tom Hoge and Tony Finau are at 9-under through 36 holes.
