COLUMBUS
Linda Lee Hash, 72, of Columbus, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, November 25, 2020 at her home.
Linda was born January 11, 1948, in Bloomington, Indiana, the daughter of E. Lee and Kathleen Clara Bales Addie. Survivors include her children, Jonathan (Jenni) Hash of Elizabethtown, Ian Hash of Nevada, Jennifer Hash of Columbus; nine grandchildren Eryc and Sarah of Columbus, Christopher (Debra), McKenzie (Jon) Herbert, Tristan, and Savannah of Nevada, and Rylen, Nevaeh, and Dollie of Elizabethtown, and eight great-grandchildren. Like family to her were Sue and Butch Payne of Bloomington (friends since childhood) and Mary Green of Columbus and Joan Moon of Taylorsville.
Linda raised her children in Calvary Church of the Nazarene in Columbus. She worked many years at the K-Mart pharmacy. She remained close with her K-Mart friends. Linda enjoyed playing cards with her friends at The Villas, making beaded jewelry, and sewing. There was never an animal she wouldn’t make a home for. She leaves behind her beloved dog Fizzy.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, David Addie.
In keeping with the family’s request, cremation will take place and no services are planned at this time.
