NORTH VERNON
Larry C. Lutz, 84, of North Vernon, passed away December 17, 2020. He was born August 6, 1936 in Hancock County, to the late Paul and Agnes Wilson Lutz. He married Barbara Ann Combs on April 17, 1954, and she preceded him in death June 14, 2020.
Larry owned and operated Lutz and Son Body Shop for over 25 years. He subsequently spent over 10 years delivering Jayco travel trailers all across the country. He enjoyed traveling and spending time with family and friends. He was a member of Scipio Presbyterian Church.
Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, December 22 at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home. Calling will be from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m., Monday, December 21 at the funeral home and one hour prior to the service on Tuesday. Burial will be at Garland Brook Cemetery.
Survivors include his sons, Kevin Lutz and Darrel Lutz; brother, Donnie (Reba) Lutz; grandchildren, Kirsten (Jeremy) Gilmore, Kia Lutz, Kara Lutz, Kaleb Lutz, Shane (Amber) Templeton, and Kylie (Steven) Hogg; and 10 great grandchildren.
Larry was also preceded in death by his daughters Genise Lutz and Pamela Templeton.
