Donelda was many things to many people and always there to offer support to those who needed it most. She embodied what it meant to be a resilient, strong, kind, generous, patient and forgiving person. Her deep love of all people and animals (except snakes) was apparent to everyone who met her. She was a devoted and caring neighbor, friend, colleague, wife, sister, aunt, mother, and even “grandmother” (to many grand-puppies and kitties). She will be deeply missed by those who knew her.
Private services will be held in Columbus, IN. Remembrances may be made in her name to the Animal Care Society, 12207 Westport Rd, Louisville, KY 40245 or to any animal related charity, rescue, or shelter of significance to the individual wishing to honor her.
