COLUMBUS
Noreen A. Mann, 77, of Columbus, passed from this life at 10:30 p.m. Friday, January 29, 2021 at the Columbus Regional Hospital.
Noreen was born August 25, 1943, in Springfield, Massachusetts, the daughter of Albert E. and Barbara E. Smith Sansoucy.
She retired from Columbus Regional Hospital in 2012, where she served as an LPN for more than 30 years.
She attended First Christian Church and enjoyed Bible study, gardening and traveling with her nursing friends.
Survivors include her children, Tinamarie Mann of Navarre, Florida, William E. (Diana) Mann II of Columbus, Todd A. (Heather) Mann of Indianapolis and Danelle E. Knoef of Columbus; grandchildren, Devin Mann, Trevor “T.J.” Mann and Tyler and Ethan Knoef; sister, Kim (Randy) Melton of Columbus; her best friend, Henrietta Nyffeler of Columbus and her dog, Milo.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Donna Robitaille.
Friends may call from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday at Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street.
Due to pandemic restrictions, we are limited to 50 people in the funeral home.
We do ask that visitors follow the social distancing guidelines once inside the funeral home and masks are required.
Private inurnment will be at Garland Brook Mausoleum.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
