C21 Breeden Realtors has announced that Beth McNeely and Tara Board have recently purchased ownership shares held by Jan Hexamer-Gardner. Hexamer-Gardener retired as president of the organization last year. McNeely currently serves as president of C21 Breeden Realtors and Board serves as Managing Broker. Board is also Director of Brokerage Services for Breeden Commercial. Collectively, they bring more than 35 years in leadership, sales, finance, and real estate experience. Mark Pratt continues to hold ownership interest in the company.
Breeden Realtors is a local full service real estate brokerage that was formed in Columbus in 1951. The company entered into franchise with Century 21 in 2004.
C21 Breeden is located at 700 Washington S., in a building designed by architect, Thomas Beeby in 1994.
