Pets Page: Bartholomew County Humane Society

Shannon was originally adopted from us when she was a young kitten, but lifestyle changes forced the family to return her (no fault of hers!). She is very sweet and loving and would do great as a couch buddy. She has not lived with other cats since she was originally at the shelter so we feel she would do best in a one pet home. She would do great with children! Shannon is 1 year old, spayed, current on her vaccinations and tested negative for FIV/FeLV.

Scrat came to us with 5 other cats after their owner passed away. He and the others were very scared at first but are learning things might be OK after all! He can be shy at first but once he warms up to you, all he wants is affection. He loves to follow his humans around, rubbing on their legs and waiting for them to sit down so he can climb into their laps. He is a sweet and gentle boy. He has done well with other cats, but a home with older children and no dogs would be best. Scrat is about 7 years old, neutered, current on his vaccinations and tested negative for FIV/FeLV.
