Rookses fall on second day of NCAA tourney

ST. LOUIS — Columbus East graduates and Indiana University wrestlers Graham and Cayden Rooks were eliminated with losses on Friday, the second day of the NCAA Championships.

Graham Rooks, who was seeded No. 21 at 149 pounds, lost a 7-3 decision to No. 11-seed Kanen Storr of Michigan on Friday. Graham had gone 1-1 on Thursday.

Cayden Rooks, the No. 32 seed at 141 pounds, lost to No. 15 Clay Carlson of South Dakota State by pin on Friday. Cayden had gone 2-1 on Thursday.
