Anderson sets one PFW record, ties another
RICHMOND, Ky. — Holly Anderson broke the Purdue Fort Wayne 36-hole school record and tied the 18-hole record this week in Eastern Kentucky’s Colonel Classic.
Anderson, a senior from Columbus North, carded rounds of 76 and 69 Sunday and Monday for a 36-hole record 145. The 69 tied the 18-hole school record.
Anderson finished with a 78 on Tuesday and tied for 14th individually at 223 for 54 holes. Anderson, who had the tournament’s second-best average on par-3s, led the Mastodons to an eighth-place team finish with a 913. Eastern Kentucky won with an 875.
