COLUMBUS, Ind. — Bartholomew County Sheriff deputies along with Columbus police officers are currently working an accident leaving the scene on U.S. 31 in front of Hilltop Trailer Park. A CPD officer saw someone from the vehicle run west from the crash scene. Motorists are asked to avoid the area, and if traveling there, use caution.
