Summary:
This position is in an extremely high volume paint shop with never ending and consistent work. We are a team based company that believes in developing and training our associates and working towards a team goal everyday. This position will be responsible for all production of the auto body, paint shop and quality control departments on our 2nd shift.
2nd shift hours: 3pm – 11:30pm, Monday – Friday (shift differential pay available)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
â— Adheres to Company safety rules and policies
â— While working along side of the employees and completing hands-on work, the Supervisor will also oversee all production of the auto body, paint shop and quality control department
â—‹ Coordinate and push production
â—‹ Audit quality of completed work
â—‹ Continually develop the team skills and technique
â—‹ Effectively handle minor personnel issues and escalate all issue
