1) Employee drinks in food prep area are to be cups with lids and straws provided. 2) Ready to eat food items (carrots, pineapple, and onion) stored under slicer for raw meats and pose a cross contamination issue. 3) The following temperature violations were documented: noodles in broth and other soups on steam table held at 112°F-118°F, scallops and bacon-wrapped scallops held a 58°F-60°F. Hot items are to be held at 135°F or above. Cold items are to be held at 41°F or below. 4) Toxic items in spray bottles to be labeled with product name in food prep areas.
