With deepest sorrow, we’re sad to announce that Jarin Kwin Boyd, age 30, our most beloved son, brother, family member and friend passed suddenly on Friday, July 9, 2021, while in Hospice.

Those who knew Jarin, even a little, lost a shining light in their lives as he always had a loving and giving soul. Jarin’s optimism was contagious and we all rallied with him throughout his battle with cancer. He never complained but continued to proceed doing the things that he loved, such as, crocheting blankets, hats, Christmas Decorations etc., pursuing graphic design, gaming, building with Legos and hanging out with friends.

Jarin will be missed everyday by his Mother, Lucille F. Boyd of Columbus, IN, Brothers; Andy MeNeely of Greensburg, IN., Newton (Susie) Hedrick of Nashville, IN., Jamie (James) Boyd of Edinburg, IN., Nathaniel (Dana) Boyd of Greensburg, IN. Sisters; Katie MeNeely of Arizona, Pamela (Rick) Osborne of Frankton, IN., Ella Boyd of Columbus, IN., Patty Clark (foster sibling) of Hope, IN. Special Friends, David Lee of Indianapolis, IN., Bron Win Gentry of Austin, IN., Ashleigh White if Seymour, IN., and Shannon Maxwell of Spring Hill, Florida and many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

Jarin was proceeded in death by his father, James W. Boyd and sister, Marsha L. Gorbett.

Services will be held at Waynesburg Christian Church, Waynesburg, IN., on Saturday, July 17, 2021. Showing for family and friends will be from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM with funeral services immediately following at 1:00 pm. The service will be officiated by David Burnett. Burial will follow at Westport Cemetery.
