Linda Gail Hill, 66, a resident of Columbus, Indiana, passed from this life at 9:04 p.m. Tuesday, September 14, 2021, at IU Health Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.
Linda Hill was born February 19, 1955, in Columbus, Indiana, the loving daughter of Audie and Elsie Davis Stevens. On March 16, 1973, Linda married Terry M. Hill; he survives.
Linda worked at Columbus Regional Hospital until her retirement June 11, 2021.
She was a member of the Revival Full Gospel Tabernacle in Clifford, Indiana. Linda was a loving and caring wife, mother, and sister who had a big heart open to all and willing to help others. Linda enjoyed doing hair and cosmetology, shopping, being with family and friends, and traveling.
Surviving to cherish her memory are her husband of 48 years, Terry; her daughter, Joshanda (Michael) Thorne; sisters, Rita (Robert) Bell and Ann Stevens; brothers, Billy (Kathy) Stevens and Alvin (Suzannie) Stevens; seven nephews; and two nieces. She is loved and missed by all of them.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Audie and Elsie Stevens and sons, Terry Hill Jr. and Larry Hill.
The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, September 22, 2021, at the Revival Full Gospel Tabernacle, 4474 East 550 North, Clifford, Indiana 47226; the Pastor Eli Johnson will officiate.
Family and friends may gather for visitation from 9 a.m. until service time Wednesday at the Revival Full Gospel Tabernacle.
Linda will be laid to rest next to her parents at the Flat Rock Baptist Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Revival Full Gospel Tabernacle.
