Michelle Lutz-Busack, 49 of Columbus, Indiana passed away December 12, 2021. She was born January 3rd, 1972 in Long Island, New York. She was the daughter of Michael J. Lutz. She married John Charles Busack on February 14, 1995 and he survives.
She is also survived by her father of Santa Rosa, California; her five children Ashley Knight, Parrish (Alvin) Ferreira, Kayla (Seth) Rice, Brittany (Mike) Mahoney, and John (Brooke) Busack Jr., all of Columbus, Indiana. Her siblings Jonathon and Michael Lutz, Alister, Daniel, Zoe, Skyler, Matias, Aliyah Ito-Lutz, all of Santa Rosa, California, her three grandchildren Charli Grace Busack, Myles and Olive Mahoney of Columbus.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Janet Lutz.
She was a 2000 graduate of Ivy Tech Nursing program where she obtained her Licensed Practical Nursing degree. This allowed her to continue pursuing her passion of care as an outstanding nurse. She also loved music of all kinds and spending time with her family, especially her children.
A private Celebration of Life with immediate family and friends will be held.
