Bartholomew Consolidated School Corp. is reporting a total of 932 COVID-19 positive cases since the beginning of the new school year — up 62 from last week’s count.
Officials reported that, as of noon on Dec. 17, there have been 799 student cases and 133 staff cases.
This will be BCSC’s last full week of reporting for 2021. Winter break for the school corporation begins next Thursday, Dec. 23. The next case count report is expected in early January.
The 2021-22 school year’s case counts are as follows, by building:

- McDowell/Bright Beginnings: Four students, three staff (7)
- Mt. Healthy: 35 students, eight staff (43)
- North: 97 students, seven staff (104)
- Northside: 37 students, four staff (41)
- Parkside: 75 students, 11 staff (86)
- Richards: 40 students, six staff (46)
- Rockcreek: 32 students, four staff (36)
