Two Columbus Flames teams brought home championships from their Rudolph’s Revenge AA tournament brackets last weekend in Evansville.

Flames 12U AA beat Evansville Purple 4-1, Louisville Ice Cardinals 6-1 and Northern Kentucky 3-2 to advance to the title game against Evansville Purple. Tied 2-2, the game went to a shootout, and Canyon Long made two saves, while Simon Barnes and Carter Davis both scored their goals in the shootout, giving the Flames the 3-2 win.

For the weekend, Brooks Larsh netted four goals and two assists; Carter Davis recorded three goals and four assists; Simon Barnes had three goals and two assists; Tsukasa Udo added two goals and one assist; Henry Jamerson, Henry Schloemer and Rowan Correll all had one goal and one assist; Ryan McGhehey posted five assists; Zane Lynch had three assists and Ethan Neumann and Kai Bergmann each added one assist. Canyon Long was in net all weekend, making 59 saves on 65 shots.

Flames 10U AA beat the Cincinnati Swords 6-0, Springfield Kings 6-3 and Owensboro 9-3 before winning 2-0 in the championship game. Maddox Coy netted five goals and one assist, Logan Barringer scored five goals; Carter Harris recorded four goals and two assists; Thomas King had two goals and two assists; Bentley Hampton and Max Perez each added two goals and one assist; Keaton Grube, Dalton Larsh and Robert Orgass all had one goal and one assist; Hiromu Udo and Nolan Sparkman each added two assists and Daniel Wallace and Cayden Long each contributed one assist. Cayden Long had 59 saves on 65 shots and posted two shutouts.

The Columbus Icemen lost to Central Indiana Knights 5-2 and beat Zionsville 4-3. Will Kushner scored two goals, Alex Clark netted one goal and two assists, John Ferguson had one goal and one assist, Cadan Graham and Caleb McGhehey each scored one goal, Calijah Kenney had three assists andJohn Merritt and Nate Balasia each added one assist. Ben Blanz and Jake McMullen each were in net one game, with Blanz made 31 saves on 34 shots and McMullen posting 36 saves on 41 shots.

Flames Bantam A played the Irish Rovers, falling 3-2 and tying 2-2. Westin Davis netted two goals and two assists, Drew Weed and Will Jamerson each had one goal and one assist and River Degner and Leif Nelson each added one assist. Jackson Wheatley was in net.

Flames Bantam B lost to West Virginia 8-1 and 5-1 and tied Lexington Thoroughbreds 2-2. Sawyer Patterson netted two goals and one assist, Jonah Young had one goal and two assists, Bryce McDonald added one goal and one assist and Griffin Mudd posted two assists. Lane Barringer was in net all weekend.

Flames squirt B fell to Miami 2-1 and 3-0. Thomas Degner scored the goal off an assist from Luis Tequeushi. Knox Coen was in net.

Flames Peewee B played the Dayton Stealth, falling 4-3 and tying 2-2. Bryson Moore scored two goals, Uriah Oliphant had one goal and one assist; Jack Treesh and Cooper Ross each scored goal and Lilli Donica, Hudson Beckom, Dana Thomas and Colby Payne all had one assist. Gabe Marsh was in net.
