SEYMOUR — The Indiana Department of Transportation with contractor E&B Paving Inc. will close lanes on I-65 southbound starting Friday to complete deck patching on the bridge over Mutton Creek near mile marker 46 in Jackson County.
Continuous single-lane closures will be in place at the bridge to allow patched areas to cure. Work is scheduled to continue through March 31. In the case of inclement weather, patching and lane closures will take place the following week.
INDOT reminds drivers to use extra caution, avoid distractions, and consider worker safety when traveling through active work zones. All work is weather-dependent and schedules are subject to change.
