COLUMBUS, Ind. — Developmental Services Inc. is sponsoring its annual fundraiser D-Vine Beer and Wine Fest, from 1 to 6 p.m. Saturday at The Commons, 300 Washington St.
There will be a special VIP hour beginning at noon. All proceeds benefit DSI, an agency that provides services to children and adults with disabilities.
Vendors from all over the region are attending including Best Vineyards, Bloomington Brewing Co., Ertel Cellars Winery, Hubers Orchard and Winery, Mallow Run Winery, Monkey Hollow Winery and Upland Brewing Company. Those who attend will be able to sample a variety of beer and wine from the vendors, along with signature food items from Bucceto’s Pizza Pasta.
New to this year’s event is a silent auction featuring items from local Columbus businesses including Baker’s Fine Gifts & Accessories, White River Running Co. and Hotel Indigo, as well as artwork created by DSI clients. Items will be on display at the event for bidding and winners will be announced at the end of the night.
Tickets are $25 in advance and $20 at the door. Advance tickets may be purchased at dsiservices.org or by visiting the DSI office at 2920 10th St., Columbus. VIP tickets are $50 and must be purchased in advance. Each VIP ticket includes early entry to the event, complimentary appetizers, raffle tickets and a goody bag.
