Duncan rallies to make cut at Byron Nelson

McKINNEY, Texas — Tyler Duncan came through with birdies on his final two holes Friday to make the cut by one shot in the AT&T Byron Nelson.

Duncan, a 2008 Columbus North graduate, carded a 1-under-par 71 in the second round. He had opened with a 68 on Thursday and is tied for 61st at 5-under 139 at the midway point.

Ryan Palmer, David Skinns and Sebastian Munoz share the lead at 15-under 129. Justin Lower is one shot back at 14-under 130.
