ELIZABETHTOWN
Kenneth E. McCain, 91, of Elizabethtown, passed away at 6:05 p.m. Saturday, April 16, 2022 at Silver Oaks Health Campus.
Kenneth was born February 8, 1931, in Bedford, Indiana, the son of Clarence and Lula P. Peyton McCain. On July 7, 1951, he married Wanetta J. Nikirk.
Mr. McCain worked at Milestone Contractors for many years.
In keeping with the family’s request, cremation has taken place and a celebration of life gathering will be held Sunday, June 12, 2022 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at Barkes, Weaver &Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street. Military honors will be presented by the Bartholomew County Veterans Honor Guard at 2:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
