COLUMBUS, Ind. — The Bartholomew County Plan Commission is discussing proposed zoning ordinance amendments regarding commercial solar energy systems to regulate solar farms in the county.

The meeting is underway in the Cal Brand meeting hall at Columbus City Hall.
