The Ivy Tech Community College Columbus and Franklin campuses are offering individuals interested in entrepreneurship or public service an opportunity to learn more about the college’s academic programs connected to those career areas.
A School Spotlight event Tuesday, July 5, will feature the college’s School of Public Affairs and Social Services and Garatoni School of Entrepreneurship to help prospective students explore academic programs and potential career options.
Ivy Tech will offer two free sessions at both campuses that interested individuals can attend. Ivy Tech Columbus is hosting sessions on the college’s human services and entrepreneurship programs. Ivy Tech Franklin is hosting sessions on its criminal justice program.
The morning session will be from 9 a.m. to noon. An afternoon session will be 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Both sessions will provide tours of the campuses, presentations on academic programming, and one-on-one meetings with faculty members, academic advisers and other Ivy Tech staff.
No registration is required. Interested individuals are encouraged to visit campuses at the start of their preferred session. Ivy Tech Columbus is located at 4475 Central Avenue in Columbus. Ivy Tech Franklin is located at 2205 McClain Drive in Franklin.
