‘Heart’ show debuts on Friday

Turning Point Domestic Violence Services will host the “Heart Show” with a goal of raising awareness surrounding domestic and dating violence from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at The Commons.

Presented artwork will speak to healthy relationships and the issues of domestic and dating violence. As the agency recognizes Domestic Violence Awareness Month, a Community Call to Action awards presentation and other remarks will be at 5:30 p.m.

The “Heart Show” will exhibit hundreds of art pieces from professional, emerging and student artists, and is free and open to the public. Several of the pieces will be available for purchase by silent auction with all proceeds benefitting Turning Point.
