Ready-to-eat foods must be date labeled the day they are cooked or prepared. Can opener blade is heavily soiled. Food contact surfaces must be kept free of food debris and soiling. Hand sink in the back has multiple buckets stacked in front of it and a pair of tongs are sitting in the sink. Hand washing sinks must be unblocked, easily accessible and ready to use at all times.
