Brownsville will use $19.5 million in American Rescue Plan Act funds to build a fiber network, allowing for public-private partnerships to provide last-mile services, or connections to homes and businesses. The middle-mile infrastructure, which comes first, will create a minimum broadband capacity of 100 megabits citywide and is projected to be completed in 24 months, according to the city. all of the kind people who paused or completely stopped to prevent the death of a dog on Taylor Road.

Onions to

the high school going cashless at games.

sacrilegious people who take the Lord’s name in vain, for vanity’s sake, to promote political campaigns or to sell products.

those who believe their political party is keeping checks and balances, when they are blocking the betterment of our American democracy and at the same time tearing it apart.

the ironic political environment in this county for restricting cleaner solar power, while the governor promotes Indiana at the climate conference in Egypt.

straight ticket voters blindly supporing a party with many liars and election deniers keeping Indiana in the 20th century instead of moving us forward.

the current leader saying he’ll do nothing differently after the midterm elections.

voting a straight party ticket without even looking at each office and candidate.

the company that thinks they have a right to scan my drivers license to buy a lottery ticket without telling what they do with that data and how long they keep it.

officials who approved solar ordinances so restrictive they will prevent the county from being part of the energy solution.

local political party leaders for excessively plugging their party in the passing of a local businessman interview.

the facility director who has a closed door only policy and doesn’t interact with the staff.

the high grocery prices that only the rich can afford.

the roundabouts and the people responsible for making them.

the straight ticket voters as they obviously don’t research the candidates.

the fast food restaurant that couldn’t close for the death of an employee that had been with the company for 25 years.

the city for not picking up leaves in the historic area in 10th Street even though they’ve been called multiple times.

politicians who have never worked in the real world, have lived off of the taxpayer money their entire life, and now hope to be elected to another office.
