Pan of cooked rice measured at 125° Fahrenheit on counter next to steam table at front grill area. Potentially hazardous food items shall be held above 135° Fahrenheit or below 41° Fahrenheit. Automatic ware-washing machine was not sanitizing equipment and dishware. Equipment and utensils shall be washed, rinsed and sanitized using three-compartment sink until such time ware-washing machine can operate to sanitize. Box of tortillas stored in front of hand sink at front grill area. Pan stored on top of hand sink in ware-washing area. Handwashing facilities shall be accessible at all times.
