Elwood Staffing has acquired IES Custom Staffing Solutions, a provider of industrial and clerical staffing services with offices throughout Idaho and northern Utah.
The transaction announced Wednesday marks the 17th lifetime acquisition for Elwood Staffing, enhancing Elwood’s presence in five markets. Elwood plans to immediately rebrand the purchased offices under the Elwood Staffing name.

Elwood continues to grow its market share and lead the industry with more than 275 service locations, employment of more than 135,000 temporary associates annually, and partnerships with more than 6,000 companies annually.
Financial details of the transaction were not announced.
