COLUMBUS, INDIANA
Ronnie Trowbridge, 74, of Columbus, passed away Tuesday January 31, 2023 at his home. He was born January 12, 1949 in Columbus.
Ronnie retired from Marsh Supermarkets with 45 years’ service in the meat department. He was a member of the Moose Lodge and in his younger years, he enjoyed fishing and hunting.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday February 4, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. in Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home with Pastor Jerry Ballard officiating. Visitation for family and friends will be on Friday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Ronnie loved his animals and memorial contributions may be made in his memory to the Bartholomew County Humane Society.
Ronnie is survived by his daughters, Cindy (Joe) Johnson and Tyra (Juan) Trowbridge; son, Nathanael Shipley; step daughters, Olivia Fultz and Kari Compton; step son, Tony Fultz; sister, Georgia (Everett) Reeves; brother, Leon Trowbridge; grandchildren, Sidney Thompson, Trace Mulcahy, Darian Shipman, Aiden Garcia and Alexander Garcia. He is also survived by his beloved fur babies, his dogs, Sissy and Cassandra and his rabbit, Digger.
Ronnie was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Donna Trowbridge on November 15, 2022. He was also preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Edna (Lambert) Trowbridge.
