Crusader boys, girls fall in NACA Tournament

DAYTON, Tenn. — The Columbus Christian boys and girls basketball teams both fell on the second day of the National Association of Christian Athletes Division VII Tournament.

The Crusader girls lost to Mt. Pleasant from Alabama 50-40. Sarah Lorimor led Columbus Christian with 23 points.

The Crusaders (14-11) will wrap up its stay in Tennessee when it plays the Andrews Prep Cardinals at 8:30 a.m. today.

The Columbus Christian boys fell to the Cincinnati Warriors 49-29. The Crusaders (15-21) will conclude play in the NACA Tournament against Andrews at 11:30 a.m. today.
