Florence J. Hall, 93, of Columbus passed from this life on Wednesday, March 15, 2023, at 3:15 p.m. at The Belmont Health &Rehabilitation.

Mrs. Hall was born on November 20, 1929, in Versailles, Indiana the daughter of James and Corellia Webster Hardin. On December 17, 1948, she married Ralph J. Hall.

She had worked at C.P. Electronics and was a member of the Women of the Moose and V.F.W Ladies Auxiliary Post 1987. She enjoyed crocheting, reading, doing crossword puzzles and watching Bob Ross. Above all she had a tremendous love for her family.

Survivors include her children, Ralph E. Hall of Bloomington and Pamela J. (Michail) Cordry of Columbus; grandchildren, Jinger Hall, Jesse Hall, Chelsea Hall, Heather Carnes, Emily (Joshua) Patterson; great grandchildren, Makenzie Colvin, Makayla Colvin, Ashton Wagers, Shelby Wagers, Noah Wagers, Holden Wagers, Katie Carnes, Gemma Patterson, Arlo Patterson; great great grandchild, Izak Murphy; sisters, Alice Allen and Marjorie Wade; and lifelong friends, Steve (Darlene) Stillinger and Ruth Ann (John) Wilson.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Ralph J. Hall on August 4, 1992; brothers, Russell Hardin, Warren Hardin, Gus Hardin, William Hardin, James Hardin, John Hardin, Benjamin Hardin, Richard Hardin, Todd Hardin; sisters, Virginia Atwood, Lavania Jackson, and Barbara Bowles; daughter-in-law, Holly E. Hall; grandson, Charles Cordry; and lifelong friends, Ed and Iris Stillinger which are also the couple that introduced Florence and Ralph.

The funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday at Barkes, Weaver &Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street.

Family and friends may gather for visitation from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home and also from 9:00 a.m. till time of service on Monday.

Burial will follow at Garland Brook Cemetery.
