Toxic items are stored over single use gloves in the storage closet. Toxic items must not be stored above food, single use items, or food contact surfaces.

Knives in the knife holder are stored by fly swatters. Toxic items must be stored in a manner that prevents contamination of food, single service items and clean linens.
