Hogstock fest set Saturday

A crowd enjoys last year’s Hogstock. This year’s event takes place Saturday at Hog Molly Brewing.

Hogstock 2023, a day of music, craft beer and food, will unfold from 3 to 11 p.m. Saturday at Hog Molly Brewing Company, 830 Depot St. in Columbus.

Scott Wilson State Farm Insurance has organized the gathering once again as a fundraiser for the nonprofit Columbus Area Arts Council. Last year’s event generated $15,000 for the cause.

The goal this year is $20,000, according to Wilson, part of the 3 Beards Band.

Musical acts are:

  • Timothy Scott
  • Pokey Valley
  • Lindsey Flannery
  • Moon Cave Ramblers
  • Milligan
  • Gravy Bird
  • 3 Beards Band

Food trucks to be on hand are:

  • Junkyard BBQ
  • Party Chef
  • Antojitos Rosita

The Hog Molly Brewing Company will be serving craft beer, cider and wine.

Presale ticket prices are $20 per ticket for entry (only available through Friday). Everyone will receive a wristband for the event so people may come and go as they choose. Advance tickets may be purchased at event.ontaptickets.com.

Day-of-gate tickets are $25 per ticket for entry. Tickets are nonrefundable.

This is a 21-and-older event only, with valid IDs required at the gate.

Existing seating options are limited, so organizers encourage attendees to bring chairs.

Small, pop-up tents are allowed to be brought in, but they cannot obstruct other attendees’ view. These will be allowed only as space permits.

No outside food or drink will be permitted. Water bottles will be free.

Parking will be available at nearby businesses Scott Wilson State Farm and Burt’s Pest Control, with additional space to be announced.
