East takes seventh
GREENSBURG — Columbus East improved by 46 shots from its first 18-hole match of the season and finished seventh with a 377 in Saturday’s Greensburg Invitational.
Second-ranked Center Grove’s B team won on the fifth-score tiebreaker after the Trojans and Franklin both shot 315.
Carter Gant finished 10th individually with an 80 to lead the Olympians. Grace LaSell carded an 89, Ali Trueblood added a 103, Dyana Foster shot 105 and Allison Sharpe had a 117.
Panthers finish fourth
FLOYDS KNOBS — Jennings County finished fourth with a 445 in the New Albany Invitational. The host Bulldogs won with a 352 at Valley View.
Lauren Galvan led the Panthers with a 98. Shelby Davis carded a 113, Dakota Carr shot 119, Aslynn Hopkins shot 119 and Amaila Gresham had a 136.
