CLARKSVILLE — Class 3A No. 3 Providence never led Columbus East gain much momentum Thursday in handing the Olympians a 25-13, 25-16, 25-10 defeat.
Jenna Guse pounded eight kills, Krea Martin recorded 14 assists, Caroline Frost had three solo and one assist block and Chloe Gilley notched 19 digs to lead the Olympians (4-11).
Also for East, Frost tallied six kills, and Kimberly Carothers added three kills. Anika Jenkins had three block assists, and Martin and Addison Emery each added five digs.
