LAWRENCEBURG — Hauser volleyball went 3-1 and finished third in Saturday’s Lawrenceburg Invitational.
The Jets opened with a 25-14, 27-25 win against Rising Sun before falling to Jennings County 25-18, 25-22. Hauser bounced back to beat Rushville 25-19, 25-12 and Southwestern (Shelby) 25-22, 25-23.
Kenze Bostic led the Jets (13-8) with 25 kills and seven aces. Kayden Miller recorded 64 assists, Aniston Bostic had three blocks and Mattie Foster notched 24 digs.
Also for Hauser, Aniston Bostic tallied 19 kills, 18 digs and five aces, Paige McDaniel pounded 16 kills and five blocks and Norah Berkenstock added four kills, 14 digs and three aces. Kenze Bostic had three blocks, 15 digs and seven aces; Miller posted two blocks, nine digs and five aces; Haylin Campbell contributed 19 digs and eight aces; Maley Jordan collected three kills, two assists and one block; Foster had two assists and five aces and Makalya Miller added one dig and two aces.
