NORTH VERNON — Four graduates of Jennings County High School have been selected for induction into the JCHS Hall of Fame and will be honored at a banquet in January.
Steve Gasper (Class of 1986), Anne Poore (1995) and Marshall Zamora (1995) were selected along with honorary alumni inductee Paul “Ham” Wernke. Their selections were announced after the JCHS Hall of Fame Committee met Wednesday. The committee chose the honorees from 12 alumni nominees and three honorary alumni nominees.
JCHS will hold the banquet and induction ceremony for the Hall of Fame Class of 2023 on Saturday, Jan. 13, during halftime of the boys varsity basketball game against Bedford North Lawrence.
