The Columbus North swimmers swept Bedford North Lawrence on Saturday. The Bull Frog boys won 102-81, while the girls beat the Stars 139-44.
The North girls won 11 of the 12 events, led by double winners Mridula Muthakumaran in the 200-yard freestyle (2 minutes, 9.22 seconds) and 100 butterfly (1:05.43) and Ainsley Sherlock in he 200 individual medley (2:26.15) and 500 freestle (5:56.90).
Other girls individual winners were Georgia Abdallah in the 50 freestyle (26.65), Ella Gray Partin in the diving competition (146.95), Katie Frazier in the 100 freestyle (58.38) and Advika Badve in the 100 breaststroke (1:19.41). The Bull Frogs also swept the 200 medley (2:09.42), 200 freestyle (1:49.45) and 400 freestyle (4:03.19) relays.
Jude Abdallah led the North boys with wins in the 100 freestyle (51.13) and 100 breaststroke (1:05.32). Brock Smith took the 200 IM (2:16.54), Dagan Kleffman captured the diving (131.50), Aarush Mahato won the 100 butterfly (56.46) and the Bull Frogs took the 200 freestyle (1:34.56) and 400 freestyle (3:38.07) relays.
