NEW PALESTINE — The Columbus North gymnasts claimed the top three spots in the all-around competition Thursday, and the Bull Dogs won a tri meet at New Palestine.
North finished with a 103.925 team total. New Palestine scored a 95.175, and Richmond had an 86.1.
Reese Euler won the bars (9.275), beam (9.4) and floor (9.25) and finished second on the vault (9.075) on her way to winning the all-around with a 37.1.
Hannah Perry won the vault (9.1) and placed second on the beam (8.825) and fourth on the bars (7.575) en route to a second-place all-around finish with a 33.475.
Laney Acton finished second on the bars (7.95) and fourth on the floor (8.525) in taking third in the all-around with a 32.475.
Ellie McIntier took fourth on the vault (8.875) and beam (8.125) and sixth on the floor (8.25) on her way to a sixth in the all-around with a 31.1.
Arwan Tian finished fifth on the bars (7.25) and beam (8.1).
