A Columbus chiropractic office has made a donation to assist a program that helps improve literacy among young students in Bartholomew Consolidated School Corp.
Family Chiropractic and Wellness, 1405 Washington St., donated $2,500 to Book Buddies. To fulfill their mission of changing the health of our community, Family Chiropractic partners with local nonprofit organizations by donating a portion of each new patient appointment.
Book Buddies is a valuable tool for literacy that gives tutoring to second- and third-graders reading below grade level in the 11 elementary schools of Bartholomew County.
