COLUMBUS, Ind. — Columbus Fire Department said the southbound lanes of Washington Street are closed between 11th and 12th streets due to a gas leak in the area of 1130 Washington St.
Columbus police are diverting traffic in the area. No evacuations are necessary at this time, firefighters said. Motorists are asked to avoid the area.
