COLLEGE PARK, Md. — Indiana University wrestlers Graham and Cayden Rooks both earned bids to the NCAA Championships after finishing seventh in their weight classes in the Big Ten Tournament over the weekend.
Graham Rooks, a sixth-year senior from Columbus East, clinched his bid at 149 pounds when he won his first-round match in overtime on Saturday. He ended up beating Wisconsin’s Joseph Zargo 5-4 in Sunday’s seventh-place match.

Cayden Rooks, a fifth-year senior from East, needed a 5-1 decision against Purdue’s Dustin Norris in Sunday’s 133-pound seventh-place match to secure his bid since only the top seven qualified at that weight class.
The NCAA Championships are March 21-23 in Kansas City, Missouri.
Wolf swims at MAC Championships
CARBONDALE, Ill. — Dathan Wolf moved into sixth place on Valparaiso’s all-time list in the 200-yard backstroke and seventh place for the 200 freestyle relay after his performances in the MAC Championships.

Wolf, a sophomore from Columbus East, finished 17th in the prelims of the 200 backstroke in 1 minute, 55.73 seconds, missing a spot in the consolation finals by one spot. He also finished 21st in the 100 backstroke in 52.51.
Valpo finished seventh in the 200 freestyle relay in 1:24.64.
Stahl nets 5 points in ISU defeat
TERRE HAUTE — Saige Stahl scored five points and had one rebound, one steal and one block in 9 minutes Thursday in Indiana State’s 91-62 Missouri Valley Conference loss to Northern Iowa.

Stahl, a freshman from Columbus East, added two points, a rebound, a steal and a block in 7 minutes in Saturday’s 96-64 MVC loss to Drake.

Greenwell, Harrison help WSU to wins
Julian Greenwell went 2 for 3 with a double, a home run and three RBIs Wednesday in Wright State’s 6-5 win at Miami (Ohio).

McIntosh sends Hornets to victory
BATON ROUGE, La. — Kyler McIntosh went 1 for 5 with a double and an RBI in Alabama State’s 9-1 win and 4 for 6 with an RBI and a run scored in a 13-5 win against Southern on Saturday.

Norman records hits in Marian victories
MELBOURNE, Fla. — Sierra Norman went 3 for 4 with two triples and five RBIs Tuesday in Marian’s 11-1 win against Michigan-Dearborn.
