FLOYDS KNOBS — No. 12-ranked Columbus North won four matches in straight sets Thursday in a 4-1 girls tennis victory at Floyd Central.
Kathryn Wilson beat Libby Banet 6-0, 6-2 at No. 1 singles, and Aya Saad blanked Ivy Hasenour 6-0, 6-0 at No. 2 singles for the Bull Dogs (7-2). Lucy Bergman and Lizzie Bodart topped Katharine Langdon and Brenn Peay 6-1, 6-0 at No. 1 doubles, and Grace Conner and Lison Cloteaux defeated Addie Michael and Olivia Holland 6-1, 6-4 at No. 2 doubles.
North’s Annabelle Sun fell to Katherin Fancher 6-3, 6-0 at No. 3 singles.
